Today's Web Designer Ramblings - Daily Photo shows a scene from one of the most attractive urban parks in America: Encanto Park in Phoenix, Arizona. A Phoenix landmark, this beautifully designed park has been in use since the late 1930's. It is the city of Phoenix's most heavily used park.
