Real Estate Web Design

Here is a web site design developed by us for a Hoboken, New Jersey based real estate business. Rather than tell you why we think it is a great site, let a seasoned real estate buyer who visited this site share her thoughts:

Being one of the oldest people who frequent this forum (about.com web design forum), having worked with numerous realtors and purchased 3 homes in my lifetime, and, having read many many interior design/architectural design publications, I clearly understand the design direction you were looking to take this site in. I think you were successful. It's clean, upscale and classy. It conveys the message of 'money'. It's different than all the rest of the realtor sites out there.

It leaves a lasting impression, but it does not overwhelm or hit you over the head with brash, bold, in-your-face, aggressive style. Navigating deeper into the site, we are introduced to staff, see a photo of the 'storefront', and see images of homes, get contact info, etc. Nothing seems to be missing.

I like the way your designs give the impression that you use up the entire screen, while really keeping all pertinent information, and images within a certain parameter. Very smart. Your use of blocks of color to balance your sites shows extensive design/color knowledge. As usual, (and even though you reuse the basic layout/format) your site is well done, well thought out, easy to navigate, easy to read and are aesthetically pleasing. Nice work."
