Recruitment Web Design

This recent web design was commissioned by a leading MANAGEMENT CONSULTING FIRM in the New York area that prides itself on attracting the best and brightest candidates. Our goal was to create a recruitment web design that would help compel more highly qualified candidates to apply online.

From the very first page, the website provides eight compelling reasons a potential candidate should find our client's firm attractive. We used a small Flash animation to transition through the eight points, keeping the overall page design clean, and avoiding scrolling.

The secondary pages follows the same clean design, insuring that the client's message is clearly presented. The content is highly legible, and never overpowered by our design. The navigation is simple, and follows the natural flow of the content.

The website has generated numerous favorable responses, and should prove to be a hardworking recruitment asset for our client.
