The perfect web design project is an amalgam of three essential ingredients: A great client, a challenging creative process, and compelling content. All three are found in a duo of web sites we developed for Sheila Anderson, one of Florida's leading REAL ESTATE & PROPERTY TAX APPEALS PROFESSIONALS. Ms. Anderson is a 2008 Top Woman In Florida Commercial Real Estate, and a highly respected authority on Florida property tax appeals.

Working with great people makes my job easy! Our original web design for Sheila's web site was now more than six years old. It had helped Sheila to land one of her largest clients, but was beginning to show its age. We were charged with the task of creating a smart-looking redesign that would appeal to busy professionals. It had to avoid the clichéd look common to real estate web sites. It also had to be easy to maintain by our client in-house, while being clean and functional. In addition, we were asked to create a satellite web site to serve a specialized area of her real estate brokerage services.

Sheila teamed up with New York City's TOP REAL ESTATE COPYWRITER, Valerie Haboush, to create copy for both web sites. Featured as the "Poet of Property" in the New York Times, Valerie has written property descriptions and broker biographies for New York City's top real estate brokers, including the Corcoran Group and Prudential Douglas Elliman. The result of their collaboration was crisp, witty copy that served as the inspiration for my web design. Valerie's copy allowed me to create a perfect balance of content and design for each page of the website.
The end result are two compelling, pithy web sites focused on the business markets served by Sheila Anderson:

Sheila's new web sites have already attracted attention from professionals in her business market, and should continue to do so. It has been a pleasure to work with these two highly capable professionals!
